It wasn't a big bed as expected, it was two single beds that kept moving apart. Certainly easy to handle for cleaning, but for us alone a reason not to book again.

This hotel has a beautiful location on a bay with turquoise-colored seawater, providing stunning views. It's ideal for those wanting to island hop and enjoy the sea in the afternoons. the rooms are well furnished, and the service is professional. Breakfast has a good variety of fresh fruit juices and flavored water, as well as a great range of cereals. Some advantages include a fitness program, aqua classes, and on-site restaurants.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the shared areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the afternoon sea view. The hotel's prime location just on the beach made it convenient for us to access the beach anytime. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the children's entertainment on the terrace.

Very nice beach at the foot of the hotel. Rooms are very modern and clean. All-in does mean all-in.Taxi from pmi airport was 104€, taxi arranged by hotel to airport was 88€. No loud music at pool or mandatory games. Perfect for a week of reading and relaxing while the kids are in the junior club or running around with friends. Mostly German and French speaking guests. Staff very friendly. Buffet not gourmet, but still ok, with fresh fish and some local dishes (spaghetti and fries for the kids is still there).

This is a club resort for families with children up to 12-14years. There is no entertainement for teenagers, there is nothing in the immediate area. So if you have children in that age group, Pinos Park is not the place to be. The evening entertainement is very corny (abba tribute, disco dancing). But nobody forces anyone to participate, there are plenty of places to enjoy a quiet read. The pool could be cleaner, but that is because it is in the shade of some trees, and leaves keep falling in the water. But there is always the nice beach. .

Great location and lovely views over the sea. Nice and clean rooms with daily cleaning. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Food quality was mixed with limited variety and sometimes poor quality. Staff at the restaurant were hit and miss, some were friendly while others were unhelpful.

Loved all of the hotel. Especialy beach and pool area. We had bad weather that we know you can't control. The staff that did the entertainment at night was great - helped so much since we couldn't get out as much due to the weather.

We did want to change to another Iberostar since the weather was bad. The last night we thought we could change to another Iberostar so that we wouldn't have to get up so early to go to the airport but it turned out that they do not communicate with each other. This was really disappointing as we had to get up at 3a.M. We were still giving the Iberostar group our business and just wanted to change hotels due to the weather.

Great location in a very quiet and convenient place with pines everywhere and a beatiful bay with a beach. The beach wasn't overcrowded, the hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful, but in fact we didn't have any significant reasons to turn to them after day 1. We didn't use hotel restaurants and didn't attend any sorts of entertainment so I wouldn't judge them.

We should have understood it a bit clearer that it's a hotel aimed mostly at families with kids. It's a great place if you want to come and stay a week or two without going anywhere. Rented car helped us see lots of places in Mallorca during our week at Iberostar. Otherwise we would feel bored on the second day I assume, because the nearest towns are 2-3-4 km away. When we came to the place, got our keys and came to the room, we soon found out that the safe is a paid option (which is weird at 4* hotel and which we could have been informed at the reception as well as about towels). But overall impression was a positive one.

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a great time! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were always clean. Location was amazing as it was just a short walk to the beach and had great views of the sea. The breakfast were tasty with a good variety of options and there was always a table available. The wifi was also fast and reliable which was a great plus.

The hotel was very noisy with kids running around which made it difficult to relax. Also, the pool area was always crowded and there were never enough sun loungers available. we had a good stay and would recommend it for families with young children or those wanting to be close to the beach.

Excellent services and facilities for young children and the staff were all wonderful, really hard working and friendy. Food was very good, hotel very comfortable, clean and well kept and location also excellent.

Perfect place to go to for a family holiday - our daughter loved Mini Club and the Animation Team who look after all the guests are great. Terrific food, great pools and it's right next to a lovely beach as well for a sea swim. Very good value for money, friendly and helpful staff, modern, fresh decor.

Be aware that its 85 Euro in a taxi to get there (1 hr 15 mins) or get a shuttle for a lot less but it takes a lot longer. Very expensive wi-fi too.
